I'll have a limited edition portfolio of prints called THE GREATEST FEAR. It's a comic told entirely in dry point etchings, wrapped in a handsome portfolio.

There will also be a preview edition of my forthcoming book THE DISGUSTING ROOM. The proper book will be out in (around) February from Sparkplug. But check out the preview at the show.





Clara Bessijelle will have a brand new mini comic called WEDDING DAY. If you liked LOBSTER KING, this is like the scorching sequel, in drawing terms (the header image in this post is from Clara's beeyyooottiiiffuulll Believer comic strip, btw).





JULIACKS will have previews of two recently completed major works.



First up, SWELL...this is a phenomenal comic that JULIACKS has been working on for years. It's long been, to me, one of the most important 'works in progress' in comics. Now it's done and you can see it!




Not one to rest on her laurels, JULIACKS recently completed ANOTHER graphic novel called INVISIBLE FORCES. A preview of that will ALSO be at the show. It's very beautiful and very different from SWELL.




Sakura Maku will have a new comic (untitled as of press time). Sakura is on of my favortie cartoonists in the world right now, so new work by her is something special. Someone reserve a copy of this for me!





She'll also have a new (special recession price) print

Nate Doyle will have a new zine called FILLER.



Nate is hard at work on big new projects...hopefully this zine will tide people over.

Jessica Ciocci will also be at the table with something new! How crazy is that! Here is the image she sent when asked to pass along a preview of what she will have





ALSO: We will have ample copies of PLUT, a Swedish/American avant garde comics anthology featuring work by Joakim Ojanen, Emelie Östergren, Hanna Gustavsson, Clara Bessijelle Johansson, Austin English, Juliacks.

Also be sure to come on out to the official aftgerparty in Brooklyn. The organizers are having a big party and having an art show of work by roommates past and present. So there will be original art by me, Lizz Hickey, Jon Vermilyea and Jesse McManus!!! Jesse will be exhibiting SPIDER MONKEY pages...the comic I wrote and he drew. Too cool for words.






Too much good stuff. Wish I was going to be at this show. Clara and I were too broke to buy a ticket but we are there in spirit. We will miss all our amazing friends making amazing art. We will be sitting here in Stockholm, making drawings! Tell us how it goes pleeeaasssseeeeee.
